Sipari\u015f \u0130\u015fleme S\u00fcresi:<\/strong> T\u00fcm sipari\u015fler, \u00f6deme onay\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra stok durumuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak en ge\u00e7 <strong>2-3 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7inde kargo \u015firketine teslim edilir. Hafta sonu ve resmi tatil g\u00fcnlerinde verilen sipari\u015fler, takip eden ilk i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015fleme al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Kargo ve Teslimat S\u00fcresi:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sipari\u015fleriniz, anla\u015fmal\u0131 kargo \u015firketimiz arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla belirtilen adrese g\u00f6nderilecektir.<\/li>\n\n<li>Kargo \u015firketinin teslimat s\u00fcresi, b\u00f6lgenin konumuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak genellikle 1-4 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/li>\n\n<li>Kargo takip numaras\u0131, sipari\u015finiz kargoya verildi\u011finde size e-posta yoluyla bildirilecektir.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Hasarl\u0131 veya Eksik Teslimat:<\/strong> Teslimat s\u0131ras\u0131nda pakette herhangi bir hasar (ezilme, y\u0131rt\u0131lma, \u0131slakl\u0131k vb.) fark ederseniz, paketi teslim almadan \u00f6nce kargo g\u00f6revlisi ile birlikte tutanak tutunuz. Tutanak olmadan yap\u0131lan hasar bildirimleri kabul edilemeyebilir.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. CAYMA HAKKI VE \u0130ADE \u015eARTLARI<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Cayma Hakk\u0131 S\u00fcresi:<\/strong> T\u00fcketici (ALICI), sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kendisine veya g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi adresteki ki\u015fi\/kurulu\u015fa teslim tarihinden itibaren <strong>14 (on d\u00f6rt) g\u00fcn<\/strong> i\u00e7inde, herhangi bir gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stermeksizin ve cezai \u015fart \u00f6demeksizin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden cayma hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Cayma Hakk\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00dcr\u00fcnler:<\/strong> Cayma hakk\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda kullan\u0131lamaz:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ambalaj\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, denenmi\u015f, bozulmu\u015f veya son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler. (Nargile melas\u0131 gibi hijyenik hassasiyet ta\u015f\u0131yan veya ambalaj\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tekrar sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnler.)<\/li>\n\n<li>Fiyat\u0131 piyasadaki dalgalanmalara ba\u011fl\u0131 olan ve SATICI\u2019n\u0131n kontrol\u00fcnde olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnler.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. \u0130ade Prosed\u00fcr\u00fc:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak isteyen ALICI, 14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda <strong>info@parradark.com.tr<\/strong> adresine e-posta veya +90 212 659 96 99 numaral\u0131 telefon ile durumu bildirmelidir.<\/li>\n\n<li>\u0130ade edilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin <strong>kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, hasars\u0131z ve orijinal ambalaj\u0131 bozulmam\u0131\u015f<\/strong> olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/li>\n\n<li>\u0130ade onayland\u0131ktan sonra, ALICI \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc SATICI\u2019n\u0131n anla\u015fmal\u0131 oldu\u011fu kargo \u015firketi ile SATICI adresine (Mahmutbey Mah. 2451.Sok.
